How to recover exchange 2007 that has been damaged during installation of SP3

Hi,
during the upgrade of exchange 2007 from sp1 to sp3, an error occured and exchange does not start anymore.
i tried reinstallting the sp3 again, but during the setup of the mailbox role, it prompts for a file MSFTE.msi,
i could not find this file on my PC.
how can i bypass this problem

Get a fresh copy of MSFTE.msi and replaced the one in the installed DIR

Error:

Reinstall patch again and remove again. Uninstaller file seems to be corrupt
