Access one Form Element through another Form using VBA

I have two forms in my VBA application, i want to access one form element values in another form, whats the way to do

Ex:
Login Form- User Name, Password
Customers List Form- Name, User Name, Password

I want to access the 'Login Form' values to be accssed using ' Customers List Form'

you should be able to reference it directly by the control on the form name.

For example:

Me.Password.Text = frmLogin.Password.Text

Assuming that you are currently in the customer form...aka Me...and frmLogin is the Login Form, and the textbox with the password is called Password
