Outlook 2010 and Blackberry synchronization - No more message stores available

I can’t configure Desktop Manager synchronization to synchronize a Blackberry 8520 with Outlook calendar, contact, memos, or tasks.  I get an error 'No more message stores available.'  It is Outlook 2010.  I wiped the blackberry, it still did not work.  I tried DM 4.7, 4.6, and 5.0, still does not work.  Tried removing Outlook profile and adding it again, removing the mailbox etc. and adding it again.  It is an Exchange e-mail account configured in Outlook 2010.  This shouldn't really make a different though.
