I have been using Craigs list and ebay to advertise my programming services locally.  This I am able to do for free.  However, I would like to advertise my services nationally.  Is there a good forum for that?  Is there one where I can do so at no cost?

Project4 Hire and Guru is close to what I'm looking for but not quite.  I have found I can advertise on Craig's list and or Ebay, Nationally.  I am not happy with sites like Project4Hire and Guru because as a service provider it is impoossible to know how to bid for something till a considerabe amount of face to face communication and information gathering has occurred.

Any other idea's like Craig's list or Ebay?
