I think most of the name branded routers do.  I personally use Dlink and I filter websites there (although I also use a nanny service like Norton's Family Minder for the kids computers).  When my son got an iPod Touch, I used the router to filter websites he COULD access as a stopgap until I could research what was possible.

Here's a link to the DLINK website and you can play with the menu to see features:  http://support.dlink.com/emulators/ebr2310_revB/Advanced_Access_Control.html

If you need more detailed questions answered, I'm sure some of our Experts in the Network Routers zone can oblige.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I don't, but appears my router does have some VLAN facility.  See: https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=121572#p121572

I use the DIR-825 and there are probably many other models/brands that can do similar.  I'm very happy with mine, however.

You can go here:  http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=681 to get overview and manual, and to see more and on other DLINK routers.  You can also google other brands and go right to their manuals for further details.
