Exchange 2010 error
Exchange 2010 was installed without problems. I uniinstalled IIS and reinstalled it, for more features. Now I cannot get into the EMC or EMS for exchange.
I get an error that says:
The attempt to connect to http://servername.domain.local/powershell using "Kerberos" authentication failed. Connecting to the remote server failed with the following error message: The WinRM client cannot process the request. It cannot determine the content type of the http response from the destination computer. The content type is absent or invalid.

Under default websites-->modules kerbath.dll is not listed there wsman is not listed there either.
I am not sure what version of WINRM I have. How can I check that?
I found this link earlier but I could not get it to help me.
If I am missing something or need to install something, I will try that. I am not opposed to uninstalling but I can't get rid of the arbitration mailboxes through adsiedit.msc (don't know exactly how).

I was able to remove exchange. This is better than chasing the other issue.
Kindly follow the below article related to winrm issue.

Also check for...
Do you have WINRM 2.0?
Did you run winrm /qc? (not to sound redundant, I see you mentioned it above but did you run this command?)
Check IIS under default websites->modules->wsman and kerbauth.dll listed as native
