phpeclipse can not find php file

I installed phpeclipse, setup my project right in the apache htdocs directory. I can call up the .php page using a browser, but when debugging from inside eclipse, I keep getting

Could not open input file: hello.php

any ideas?

yes, that is the right problem. the browser still does not find the page. I am posting that as another topic.
