Hi &nbsp;<br />
we user exchange 2010 and outlook 2007 and i have a user and within her mailbox &nbsp;i can find &nbsp;a folder which says Synch Issues(100)<br />

Any idea as why iam getting this error and is there &nbsp;a problem in &nbsp;the outllok &nbsp;or do need to do some settings to disable this errors.<br />

                                                 Local Failures 
                                                 Server Failires

Any idea as why iam getting this error and is there  a problem in  the outllok  or do need to do some settings to disable this errors.
