How to sort Synch Issues in outlook 2007

Hi  
we user exchange 2010 and outlook 2007 and i have a user and within her mailbox  i can find  a folder which says Synch Issues(100)
                                                Conflicts
                                                 Local Failures
                                                 Server Failires

Any idea as why iam getting this error and is there  a problem in  the outllok  or do need to do some settings to disable this errors.
