Lenovo N200 Boot problem

I have my laptop N200 with no recovery CD for Vista.
Now after i used the option Think Vantage button to reformat it to Factory default.
After all installation it working fine. I just clicked to Update Windows. no m system is not starting.
It just stops in CRCDISK.SYS when try booting through safe mode in command prompt.
Please try to solve my problem.

g to file managers and run volkov commander - run  chkdsk /p /r
(Volkow commander will ask you  if you want to run chkdsk - make sure you mounted your disk with ntfspro in read write mode)

That should be it
