Lenovo N200 Boot problem

I have my laptop N200 with no recovery CD for Vista.
Now after i used the option Think Vantage button to reformat it to Factory default.
After all installation it working fine. I just clicked to Update Windows. no m system is not starting.
It just stops in CRCDISK.SYS when try booting through safe mode in command prompt.
Please try to solve my problem.

[Admin Edit]
g to file managers and run volkov commander - run  chkdsk /p /r
(Volkow commander will ask you  if you want to run chkdsk - make sure you mounted your disk with ntfspro in read write mode)

That should be it

Problem solved by Changing SATA configuration in the bios mode, which enabled us to install new windows Vista, now all thing are working fine. Thank you both the experts.

Experts answer did not solve my issue but myself found the way to install new Vista.
