Cannot access intranet website

When I try to access an asp.net 4.0 intranet site in windows server 2003, I get the follwoing message. How to fix the problem?

Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.  Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.

Can u check whether the website is running in IIS? Checking the eventviewer on the webserver would give an idea of error

Hello !!

Open C: drive ( or any other drive ) from my computer
Select Tools option > Folder Options > Click View Tab
In Advance Settings uncheck the option Simple file Sharing (last option in the list )
Click Ok.

Now,

1.  Select the folder in which your Dot net application resides !!
2.  right Click and select properties
3.  Select Security Tab
4.  Click Add button
5.  A box with name Select user or Group will come
6.  Click Advance Button
7.  Click Find Now Button
8.  Few name will come under it
9.  Select ASPNET user
10 Click Ok in Select user or Group box
11 Then Select Full Control (Check Box in Properties Box of the folder)
12 Click OK

IIS and website are running and the folder option didn't work. In the application log, the error message as follows.

Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created. Error: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

by seeing your error log it seems u r using asp net 4.0 , firstly check your web config file it should be according to stamdards of framework 4.0 and is the selected framework in your iis is 4.0 or not pls chk for both conditions ...........
