Hello !!

Open C: drive ( or any other drive ) from my computer
Select Tools option > Folder Options > Click View Tab
In Advance Settings uncheck the option Simple file Sharing (last option in the list )
Click Ok.

Now,

1.  Select the folder in which your Dot net application resides !!
2.  right Click and select properties
3.  Select Security Tab
4.  Click Add button
5.  A box with name Select user or Group will come
6.  Click Advance Button
7.  Click Find Now Button
8.  Few name will come under it
9.  Select ASPNET user
