SBS 2008 migrating from SBS2003

I am migrating from SBS 2003 to SBS2008
When trying to move the public folders i get the following message

The certificate train was issued by an authority that was not trusted.

If you follow this procedure correctly, you are disabling SSL completely so the certificate us never checked, thus the trust issue is of no concern. You may still have errors, but not THIS error.
