interpret the hotspot information

Dear All:

Does any one experience / know  how to interpret the hotspot information below?

What does RX, RY, RW and RH mean? Any standard practices?

If i want to convert to picture xy coordination value, how should i do it?

RX, RY, RW, and RH specify the rectangle of the hotspot. RX and RY are the x and y coordinates of the top left corner. RW and RH are the width and height respectively.

but RW and RH have 2 value. RW="111,81" RH="64,21"

How to interpret both value?

RW is the width. RH is the height. It's a rectangle.
RX="487,17" RY="1583,96" RW="111,81" RH="64,21"
The top left corner of the rectangle is
(487,17, 1583,96)
The bottom left corner is
(487,17+111,81, 1583,96+64,21) or (598,98 1648,17)
