Cell phone will this work on AT&T's GSM Network - Clarity C900 Unlocked Phone with Dual-Band GSM 850, 1900, and GPRS

My cell phone shot craps and I lost the SIM card, and I'm now paying AT&T month to month after my contract expired.  I've learned that they will reprogram a SIM's card for me to replace the one that was lost.

Can I take that reprogrammed sim's card and put it in this phone and have a working phone?  

I know it's an old phone but some am I, LOL, and this model is hearing amplified, all I want to do is to make calls.

This phone the Clarity C900 will work on any GSM network including AT&T, provided it's unlocked.

Frequency: GSM 850 MHz band and 1900 MHz for USA.
