As a brief please let me know that is it possible that we have a swf file that play independent from flash player?

A flash player is necessary to play a SWF file on a web page.
There is no way you can display a swf without having a flash player.

Also the player version is important.
If your swf has been developed for a specific version, then a machine which does not meet the minimum criteria will not be able to play it.
But you can set your code so that it is detected and will ask the user to upgrade the player.

Thanks, if a swf file one a page see that the user has not the flash player then can it get it automatically from adobe?

If we make our swf with "swf easy" from  sothink.com  we have this problem also?

And finally is there any other substitution for "ads animation" independent from a player?

Use swfobject.js to embed your swf on to a web page. You will find the tutorial to do so here.

On the other hand, you may create gif animations for banner which will not require any plugin to view over a web page. But remember that there may be some limitations in that.

Also you may do one thing. Create the ad in flash IDE, then export it as a Movie of Animated GIF.

This will generate a single gif file which can be played in browser without any plugin.
