Wil app made om Windows XP also work on Windows 7?

Yes sure it will work. You have to set the app to run in XP compatibility mode. Right click the app -click properties- select compatibility tab- select xp and click ok. Now launch the app in windows 7.

Also can install XP mode in windows 7 to make your app work.
