User profile is not loading in 2008 terminal server

I have 2 terminal windows 2003 servers and one NAS server. Users profiles are stored in NAS server. So when ever user logs into any server, the users profile loads from NAS. Now I added one more windows 2008 Terminal server. But here the users profile is not loading from NAS.

I don't know why. can anybody help me out in this

Windows 2008 uses a v2 profile which s not compatible with the Windows 2003 profile.

thanks for the reply. I tried putting .V2 at the end of user profile and it is loading now.

Also I want to know, how I can move the path of temporary profile path to D drive instead of C\users

Sorry, i missed your second question. As far as i know, you can't. You can do folder redirection with group policy, but i never heard of redirecting the local profile..

Oh and mind you, renaming the old profile to .v2 doesnt really do the whole trick.
The folders local settings and application data are renamed and dont migrate.
Better is to copy only the data that is required and let windows do the rest.
