Sorry, i missed your second question. As far as i know, you can't. You can do folder redirection with group policy, but i never heard of redirecting the local profile..<br />

Oh and mind you, renaming the old profile to .v2 doesnt really do the whole trick.<br />
The folders local settings and application data are renamed and dont migrate.<br />
Better is to copy only the data that is required and let windows do the rest.

I have 2 terminal windows 2003 servers and one NAS server. Users profiles are stored in NAS server. So when ever user logs into any server, the users profile loads from NAS. Now I added one more windows 2008 Terminal server. But here the users profile is not loading from NAS.<br />
