From their support page.
Try going to Tools->User Preferences->Layout and View and under "DirectX Related" untick 'Enable Multi-Sampling Antialiasing'

Hold Windows Key then press R - in the box that opens type dxdiag then click OK wait for the program to complete loading (there will be a progress bar on the bottom left of the window)
Click "Save all information" it will create a text file.  Save to somewhere safe. Open it in Notepad and check there are no personal details you  mind being posted on the site (computer name etc) then attach it to a reply by clicking on the File link below and browsing to the DxDiag.txt file.

What's the make & model of your machine?  It looks from your screenshot as if you should be able to run a more sophisticated driver than the standard VGA one from Microsoft.  That may be why RecallPlus is complaining about the lack of 3D support available to it in the messages at the bottom of the screen.  Incidentally Device Manager shows a Base System Device error which may be missing chipset drivers.

You should check the following drivers are downloaded and installed on your laptop:

(All available from this page - these are Windows Vista 64 drivers but should work with Windows 7 64)

Chipset drivers
Graphics drivers
Install in that order.

That's the minimum, if you go to the main page, help youself to anything else you think might not be performing that well.  The advantage you have is Windows 7 so you should be able to go to Windows Update and that'll find you anything you're missing.  You need the chipset drivers on board first though otherwise the laptop doesn't really know what hardware is attached to it.

Dell don't have W7 drivers but the Vista 64 drivers should be fine - I posted about that earlier.

No problem - that XPS is a portable computing beast - now it has the right drivers you should see overall perfomance shift up a gear not just RecallPlus.
Enjoy!
