Do you get any beeps?

Do you get any keyboard lights, they should flash at startup?

Put everything out, leave the ram and graphics card. Try then.
If there is nothing on screen it has to be related either to gfx card, motherboard or the monitor.

Does the motherboard have built in graphics card? are you using that or a dedicated graphics card? You may need to change some options in the BIOS to tell the PC to use the Dedicated graphics card.

Make sure you have connected all power cables including the 12v 4 Pin motherboard connection.

Try reseating the graphics card.
