Does the motherboard have built in graphics card? are you using that or a dedicated graphics card? You may need to change some options in the BIOS to tell the PC to use the Dedicated graphics card.<br />

Make sure you have connected all power cables including the 12v 4 Pin motherboard connection.<br />

Try reseating the graphics card.
