Email in Entourage 2008 showing Hyperlinks in Place of Images

I am using Entourage 2008 and for some reason when I receive a newsletter that includes images I am only seeing text with hyperlinks in place of the images.  How can I change this?  Is it possible to change the existing email to its original format?

Did you get  a chance to look at the following KB?

E-mail messages that have picture attachments may not have the corresponding attachment icon in the Attachment column in Entourage for Mac
