simple CRM or Contact database

Hi!

I am looking for a simple CRM or contact managment software. Here is what I need:
- OS: Windows 7
- number of users: 1
- number of contacts: < 2000
- contacts must be linked with emails (either in the software itself or with Thunderbird)
- contacts link to other files (PDF, Word, images, ...)
- mass mailings / newsletter
- task list / todo list
- calender
- possibility to make up quotations
- possibility to make up invoices
- list open invoices

Does anybody know a software with these possibilities?

Microsoft makes the Small Business contacts management - an office add on or part of the Office Small Business Edition.  The last version I saw was in Office 2007 Small business edition. It's single user CRM that builds it self into Outlook - like Outlook Contacts on Steroids.

Here are more options - some hosted and others downloadable - some fee based some free:
