You need to apply those styles on your menu:
.navigation-table .navigationLevel1 a {
    background: url("../images/new/icon-arrowup.gif") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #E0E0E0;
    display: block;
    margin: 3px 14px 5px 15px;
    padding: 0 0 5px 18px;
    text-transform: uppercase;
}
stylesheet_1.css (line 444)
.navigation-table td a {
    color: #555555;
    font-family: Tahoma,Arial;
    font-size: 11px;
    outline: medium none;
}
stylesheet_1.css (line 437)
a {
    color: #333333;
    outline: medium none;
    text-decoration: none;
}

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
