I am intereeted in writing a Silverlight app. that will have some features that only run in the Out of Browser version. And I would like that desktop version to run on Windows as well as the Macintosh OS X.

If I am using Entity Framework 4.0 and LINQ to Entities on both systems, can I write this application to be the SAME Out of Browser application for each desktop operating system?

I am new to this topic so please feel free to fill in the blanks, of which there are many (for me).
