Cfileupload not working on subdomains

Im using a Cffileupload script on my server, it works find on my main site, but not on any of my subdomains for the site, Is the a CFIDE location problem or something I may be over looking?

If each subdomain is a different website, then each website needs to have it's own CFIDE mapping.  

Check IIS, add a virtual directory for CFIDE pointint to the Coldfusion CFIDE folder
