Hi artismobile,

No idea.  Can you tell us more about what you are trying to do, maybe make a screenshot or two?

I'm trying to help a client.  He's trying to "Put" and it's not working, giving him that error. I'm waiting for more info.
Is the file he's trying to put called webformmailer.php?
That is the error he is getting. I'm still trying to learn what he's trying to put.
Here is the error:

226-Options: -a -l
< 226 66 matches total
> CWD /webformmailer.php
< 550 Can't change directory to /webformmailer.php: No such file or directory
It looks like he's created a directory with a dot in it and I'm not sure the remote server will allow it.
I'll forward that and advise...
Starting to sound like a pebkac error...
He doesn't know what about the dot in the directory. He's just learning Dreamweaver, I'm sure he won't know what a pebkac error is.  I have CS5 Dreamweaver that I rarely dabble in. Is there anything else I can ask him for that can help?
Pebkac =

Problem
Exists
Between
Keyboard
And
Chair

Tell him to try to rename the file to something else and put it.
That's cute. That's usually me, but I unplug myself and do a hard reset and I'm o.k. <grin>
I'll forward the file rename and let you know.

Thanks for the help

That looks good...
That was his last one that he's having the problem with
But there are no errors in the log.
Here's his site that won't work:

www.themanupmag.com

But that tells me nothing useful.  Does he have an index.html file defined and uploaded?
He gave me this:

favicon.ico
gdform.php
missing.html
php.ini
webformmailer.php
welcome.html
How new is this site?
New. Never build before, I think
No, how new is the domain name registration and hosting contract?  Because it looks like the DNS servers haven't caught up with things OR he's got no idea what he's doing and is uploading files to the wrong place.
Since October 2010
Oookay.

It sounds more and more like the paths are not set up correctly in the site (seems to not be indicated by the FTP log) or there is a hosting problem.  Can you get verification from the ISP where the files are supposed to go?
Ok.  I'll ask that.
His response:

When I called godaddy the rep said that they could see the picture I was attempting to 'put'. On my end the settings, test and responses indicate I am putting correctly. I don't know where / how else to check.
http://www.themanupmag.com/man-Up-Promo-sheet.gif returns a 404 error, so either he took it down or GoDaddy support is lying.
He's trying GoDaddy again

He's still talking to GoDaddy.  No luck yet
It WAS operator error.  He didn't tell me what it was but I'm sure it was the complication between him and GoDaddy.  Thanks for helping
Operator error.  Expert was right with information even tho it was not the solution, it was the correct answer
