BESx Web Console Issue

After patching BES Express 5.0.2 to latest maintenance patch I am unable to get the web console to come up.

Steps taken:
1. Restarted all blackberry services
2. Restarted physical server
3. Check blackberry server configuration

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi,

Check your BAS-AS log files - are there any errors/Java stack traces?

Are there any Windows Event log errors associated with BAS-AS service?

How much memory is the BAS-AS process using in Task Manager?

Regards,

RobMobility.

1. Where do I find the BAS-AS log? I see a BAS\auditLogs

2. Event log errors or notification.

 BAS-AS Error 4100
 BAS-AS Information 4
3. There is no process, just the service. I'm going to assume that is the problem. Does that mean re-installation?

No reason for software to stop working. Reinstall solved the problem.
