Backup FROM NAS to external HDD

Hi, I have a 1TB Lacie NAS and am looking for software that runs under Windows 7 to backup FROM the NAS to another External Hard Drive.

If anyone has come across such software let me know

I have used SyncToy in the past but dont really like it - are there any other products?

okay, you could use Robocopy from the Windows 2003 Resource Kit Tools

there also a prodyct called Handy Backup

but this is not free, but trial available.
