Hello teera, could you give just a few more details,
I'm trying to imagine what type of video and the purpose of running a Title on a TV screen?
Do you mean you want to play video then add a foreign sub title?
There are tools that can add a sub title or otherwise known as .srt
or do you mean closed captioning?
