Preload SharePoint into Memory to speed up response

Anyone know how to startup SharePoint Foundation 2010 when server boot and keep it loaded in memory?

We found that sometime the sharepoint site response slowly if not accessed by people for a while. Once it was visited, subsequent response is good again.

It appears to me there is certain timeout for the SharePoint services after which the service somewhat stopped. Although a site visit to automatically kick start the services again, such "restart" tokk sometimes and annoy users.

Thanks

Thanks! I did not expect such an easy way with the Warm-Up tool. I installed it yesterday and this morning I can confirm the improvement immediately.

Just there is now a warning from SharePoint Foundation saying alternative access mappings for http://localhost has not beem configured. Probably the Warm-Up tool is appending the configured Request URL to http://localhost to do the warm up. This is not a big deal and I have added http://localhost as another alternative access mapping.

Allow me to keep this question open and I will feedback the result of adding thie alternative access mapping before closing it.
