How can I configure Branch cache using SBS 2011 and three server 2008 r2 Std branch servers?

I need to configure SBS 2011 at our head office with Branch Cache and 3 server 2008r2 std servers at our branch offices as a hosted solution but I cannot find a guide dealing with this scenario. Does anybody have any advice or steps I need to follow to set this up?

Branchcache is the same on both SBS 2011 and Windows 2008 R2 this is a service is not different in configuration on the two different versions of OS. Any Branchcache guides would help setup on both SBS and Windows 2008 Server R2.
