Hi,

One of the users is trying to send an external email but gets the following bounced back email. The user is able to recieve the email from that external email address. any suggestions?

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:      Email
      Sent:      21/02/2011 12:41

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      'External email id' on 21/02/2011 12:41
            None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Seems to be duplicate email address issue. Find it and remove it. Steps are given in the above article

The external email address within the outlook address book was not right. Had to delete it and get the user type in manually. The problem is fixed.
