Hi,

Have a look at the default application control policy for unlisted applications:

Change the 'is access to the screen, microphone and video capturing APIs allowed' from Prompt to Allowed.

Hi,

Are you using Bluetooth or USB connection?

It could be the Bluetooth profile setting or an application control policy?

Hi,

Do you have any Application Control Policies enabled?

You may find that theLocal Connections setting needs to be changed?

still stuck, it would appear that the IT policy is lockign down the recording option under input selection.
