User fills out a form. Once hit submit. I'd like to print the information in a neatly way without the header and footer like date, url etc. It should look like an pdf file. Or can I convert to an pdf file from user's information? Thanks.

Yes you can and must convert if you want to not have the user controlled header and footers. Only other way is the IE only scriptx from meadroid.com which would need to be purchased and installed on the user's pc
