SBS 2008 RWW

Hi,

I have a number of clients that i have upgraded from SBS 2003 to SBS 2008, after running though the wizard and setting up remote web workplace they all get the error attached. Any help would be appreciated.

This looks to be a very honest message. Do you have 4 GB on your system? 8GB is probably best. How many other people are connected to the Server? If the sizzards were successful and you can access the RWW locally- you are probably having a resource bottleneck- just as the error message suggests. You will have to look at the windows perf counters to see where that is. THe good news is RWW is working because it does connect and tells you why you cant see the work place. Do you have something installed in IIS -? That will do it as well. ANy other information may be helpful in giving you a better answer.

Server is a brand new Poweredge T610 with 24gb of RAM, looked at the perf counters for terminal services gateway but it shows no hits, the IIS just had the standard stuff for SBS2008, only other software on there is Trend Micro worry free 7.0. I can get to the RWW site.

I figured it out, The "Base Filtering Engine" was disabled, after I enabled it and enabled the dependency services and disabled the windows firewall it worked.
