Have been running on a Premium trial version of SBS Server 2008 and all has been fine. I rearmed again on Friday 2/18/2010 all was fine until this morning we come in and find SQL is saying database expired, error 17051. How do i remedy this? Everything else is fine, we can access files on server and Exchange is running fine. SQL seems to have failed to update the trial registration? I am obtaining a license, but that will take a little while, I guess, as I haven't started looking for a vendor, yet. How to get SQL back up? Microsoft is not very responsive....
Otherwise, perhaps downloading and installed SQL 2008 Express edition (free) and attaching your databases could get you out of a hole until you have the licensing sorted with MS?
