How do I put icons on toolbar in IE 7.0 ?

I have to go to a website, click three times and then put in my query

I need to do this 20 times.  

I could make my homepage the url that comes up after go to website and click 3 times but I do not want to keep on changeing that.

Is here a way to put a few of my "really favorites" in my toolbars in IE ?

Yep, right click on the toolbar then switch on 'Links'
right click again then switch off 'Lock'
Grab the 'links' section from top right and drag it to the left.

when saving a favourite then browse to the favourits, Links folder, everything you save in Links will show on the toolbar, I normally create folders on the toolbar to group common sites.
