Exchange 2010 EMC Initialization Failed.

I have a new install of Exchange 2010. I had it working as of this morning but after a reboot I can no longer open the program on the server I get Initialization failed.

The following error occurred when searching for the On-Premises Exchange server

Connecting to the remote server failed with the follow00)ing error message. WinRM client recieved and HTTP server error status (500) but the remote service did not include and other information about the cause of this failure.

Can anyone help

can you check if you can open the MMC with a different account.
