I have good knowledge on exchange not very good. I have worked about 4 years on it. Still I just did prmoting and demoting of domain and creation deletion of accounts. I shall be grateful if I can know detailed answer to the job description.

oh ok. I generally use http://msexchange.org/ for all my exchange questions the guy's up there seem to know there stuff. They have their own blog and explain things in real detail they also usually post external links which can further explain their point.

Most of what you are after will be in the installation section.
