My have delete the orginal Internet Explorer Icon from desk top, any way to recover. my system is winxp home and IE8, i do not want  a short cut icon.

HI Right Click any were in the desktop >select properties > choose Desktop Tab>select customize Desktop >tick Internet explorer

or click start > right click IE Icon>send to desktop (create shortcut)
