Adding the New Users in Actuate Reprts in Solaris Version

Hi

I  have already installed Actuate in the Sun solaris.Now  i want to add more users to the Actuate , Please can one suggest and tell me the Detail steps to  Add the users to the existing Actuate.Please its very urgent for me.
