Hi,

What IP address is the remote office person trying to reach, it it properly natted to reach your internal xenapp server ip. is the publishing of xenapp services is properly done.

Install the Citrix Native client
It seems to be that there need to change some proxy settings on the IE.
do you have proxy server in your environment?

online plug in is navite client ????
once download install how to work out ????? pls advice , is no need to give our client download this online loug in , an other solution , altaddr is can fix that ?  pls advice urgent
Usually the client is offered directly from the Web Interface site.  In your case, you download the clint and install it.  Then you go to the web interface site, login and launch an application.  That is all there is to it.
Now I give the citrix link to our customer , they using Web brower login ID, if first time login , citrix will delect install web client first , once downltall they download and install it , they can login to system . But tnis online plug in is same as Web client ot not.

How can setup download in Web interface, I think now our Citrix web interface can only allow citrix xenapp web client.
