Hello Folks,

I'm setting up phpBB 3.0.5, and ive set it so that when a user signs up they are set to inactive automatically and would require an admin to activate the account but now i'm having another problem I don't get a notification telling me that someone signed up.
Can someone tell me where i could go to to find the settings to change this? LOL

I cant find it anywhere.

Thanks in advance..

few things,

1.  that version is not the latest, so i suggest scrapping that and install the latest version or at least update it,

2.  AFIAK there isn;t a way to do that for registering.

ok, but isn't there an email notification that goes out to the forum admin when a new user signs up?

There is no such feature, unless they added it since 3.0.4 which i doubt, you may try asking on phpbb.com forums or IRC channel to confirm, but i would say there is no option
