Mustek Scanner A3 USB

First of all can I have the exact model that you are looking for, I searched into mustek website, and found almost all scanners do support windows 7 32 bit

the model is A3 usb scanner i did try on all that driver from the web site does not work . I t does work on xp ,but on winodws 7 professional 32 bit does not work . thanks for your help

after installlingt the driver it showsme in the device list unspecifired usb scanner. when i run like photoshop it dos show the scanner but when i run it shows scanexpress usb scanner but when i give me an error file loading failure.

thanks for your help . I did download and try to run it with windows 7 compapatibilty option as well but does not work . it stop with a message that " the installer is for windows vista"

try installing the driver in compatibility mode  : http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html

i have done that too , all the compatibility mode has been used on it , does work.

sorry by mistyping it, it does not work , right now i just install windows xp over windows 7 like a dual boot and use scanner in windows xp .

you could have used VM in windows 7...

you right , i heard about that but do not know how to do that ? can you please tell me how ?
