1) Try to decrease MTU number to 1492 or lower. Search for special programs for this.
2) Your computer blocks 80 port
3) it may be DNS problem (check DNS and DHCP services running in Administration->Services), try to open http://74.125.232.83/ in IE (it's google site)

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I Would Suggest You Uninstall All Browsers, Reboot Your Server And Then Re-install IE Only.

Try this:

Open IE
Tools tab > Internet Options > restore Adanced Settings and Reset Internet Explorer settings.
Restart IE.

Good Luck!

There's a pretty good chance you have a virus

Download, install, update, and run Malwarebytes

It can't be a virus since there is a ping to the sites
