What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I am not familiar with this particular HTML editor, but perhaps it is by design?

FireFox in particular does not allow javascript access to the execCommand("copy") or execCommand("paste") functions that an HTML editor would use for these buttons. The buttons would effectively be useless if they did display.
