WSUS Update Auto Approve fails on SBS 2003 Server

Hi,
Years ago I wrote a series of scripts to monitor SBS & Server Standard 2003 servers. One of these scripts monitors Scheduled Tasks. These scripts email me if there are errors. On one of the dozen or so SBS servers I monitor I get an error which basically says that the SBS Update Services Auto Approve tasks fails (with an error code of -2146232060).

Here is a copy of the email I recieve:

Auto Approve seems to be working just fine, other than this error.

But I cant find what the problem is! Any ideas or suggestions?
