Check if field value changed, Sharepoint 2010 workflow

I have a list (Y) with values. If the value in a specific field Z changes I want to update another field X. If item(Z) is not changed, field X should not be updated.

How do I build this workflow in Sharepoint designer 2010?

thank you!
