PLS HELP--display ssrs report with jan to dec month tables

The SSRS report  i need should have the header like JAN, to DEC.
The column is  the total of a given item in that particular month
say if  rows are

ITM  --   DATE   ----------QTY
PH001-- 01/jan/2010 --   5
PH001-- 07/jan/2010 --   10
PH001-- 01/feb/2010 --   5
PH009--21/jan/2010 ---50
PH009--21/mar/2010 ---50
PH009--21/feb/2010 ---50

Output shud be like
ITM   ----   JAN --FEB --MAR --APR-- MAY--........--DEC
PH001 --   15 ------5
PH009 ---  50-----50---50

You can do using Matrix tool on the report

i tried with matrix..it works..but i need the month name always to appear even if no items are there in that month

Hi,

  I had a blind solution.
Create a table with all month names. Do a join this table with your query and bind that final query to your report.
