problem printing windows 2003 server

Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 1241. The network address could not be used for the operation requested.

can anybody help me? why cant i print to an printer with a valid ip address. at least i think its valid, i can ping the ip .

unplug the printer from network, and then try to ping printer IP address, if you have a replay, another device have the same address
