I am afraid updating is not an option, this installation of Adobe Reader is on a server that many users RDP to and use. &nbsp;Strangely I am able to open any PDF docs on this server, therefore I am guessing that maybe it is something to do with her profile. &nbsp;What do you think??<br />

Likely, has her profile got the same access rights to the Adobe folders on the server or the location where the PDFs are kept?<br />

It is most probably a permission issue, check the Program Files&gt; Adobe subfolders
