Best place to hire a Graphic Designer to redraw a logo.

Hello there.

I would like to know the best place to hire a Graphic Designer to re-do an existing logo for a website.   The logo is basically done - we just need to redraw a silhouette.  Should only be an hours work.  Where can someone go to get this done.  Obviously do not need a top-of-the-range GA who's going to charge £40+ an hour.

The terms of service do not let ee "experts" orrer or accept outside work in the question/answer area, however many of the "Experts" have a Hire Me button in their profiles where you can contact them and discuss work projects.

In addition, there are places such as http://www.vworker.com/, and http://www.freelanceartistsnetwork.com/ (just to name several) were you might find someone.  If it is a very simple task, you might call a local  college or university and ask them to place a notice to have an available student contact you.
